Temporary Maintenance/Grounds Assistant
UCSD is hiring for a summer maintenance/grounds assistant. Details include:
Primary Responsibilities:
Painting
Lawn Care
Assisting Maintenance in various tasks/projects
Handling deliveries
Moving classroom furniture/supplies
Job Requirements:
Prefer experience in a variety of maintenance areas described above
Motivation to learn
Ability to work with others
Schedule and Compensation:
June 1st - July 31st. If available, the opportunity to work into Aug. is possible.
This is a 6-8 hour/day up to 40 hr/week position. Typical day will be 8:00 - 4:00.
Hourly rate: $25/hr (possibly more depending on previous experience)
This is a Temporary position (does not include health insurance or PERS eligibility)
