Congratulations to Mr. Kyle Holloway, our March Beacon Award Winner.  Mr. Holloway has invested  10  years with UCSD as our high school math and science teacher.  As students expressed, "he is always doing his best to teach his students and ensure that they truly understand the lessons .... his dedication makes a real difference in students' lives." And together with his student teacher, Jessica Sweet, students say, "they consistently make time for every student, no matter how busy their schedule becomes, they never rush anyone away or make a student feel like a burden. No matter how busy they are they pause, listen and give their full attention, the students feel seen, heard, and valued because of the time and care they offer."
