Last evening, the UCSD School Board approved the work of the Strategic Planning work group, establishing the ground work for developing USCD's 2023-2028 goals, action plans and strategies.
There was much work that went into the development of our Vision, Mission, Values and Focus Areas. The full report of the work can be found here.
To begin the work, the workgroup's first step was to analyze all community feedback gathered through the recent survey. The results of that survey are here.
