UCSD is looking for a person who is able to substitute in any position in which a regular employee is absent and responsibilities need to be covered.
- This person must be adaptable to the needs of the district.
- Daily school location will be provided each morning by the UCSD registrar
- Roles may include substituting for any of the following (listed in priority for determining placement): classroom teacher, SPED intensive need paraprofessional, SPED general classroom paraprofessional, general education classroom paraprofessional, office clerk, kitchen staff, librarian
- If no substitute is needed for the day or part of the day, this person will provide support where needed
- Training will be provided
Full-time:
- 7.5 hours/day (this includes a 30 min lunch)
- Classified Salary Schedule: $20.67-24.85/hour depending on education and experience.
- Benefits include health insurance and enrollment in Alaska Public Employees Retirement System.
