Michael Rasmussen

Mike Ramussen lived in Unalaska since arriving on a fishing processor in 1974. When he wasn't painting pictures of Unalaska, sculpting, printmaking or basketweaving, Mike worked as a commerical painter. He prefered using acrylics to oil paints, and had many paintings of the fishing canneries and the Russian Orthodox church done in this medium.
