I graduated from the University of Alaska in Fairbanks with a Bacherlor of Arts English and received a Master of Arts Teaching from the University of Alaska in Juneau.

I have been the Business Occupations Instructor in Kotzebue, a Web Data Specialist in Juneau, and the English Teacher and the High School Librarian in Sitka.

I enjoy the positive relationships that can be built with students that you see everyday and the creativity involved in lesson planning. I have a passion for teaching and learning and putting students first.

I love reading, writing, baking, cooking, cake decorating, and crafts.
