Biography as of May 2003 Born: March 30, 1986 -Seattle, Washington

Anna is the youngest child of a Vietnamese family of five kids and a mother and father. Her family moved to Dutch Harbor, Alaska in 1987 and has lived there since. Her father was originally a mechanic and her mother was a housewife. The family has owned several small business enterprises and continues to run a taxi cab and car rental/sale business today. Anna, along with her two older sisters, Maria and Teresa, and two older brothers, Joseph and Antony, have grown up in the family-owned-business scene often having to help out with the businesses. She and all her siblings have attended the Unalaska City School from elementary all the way through high school, and Anna has only her senior year yet to finish until she graduates and moves to Edmonds, Washington. She wants to persue a future in some kind of career that hopefully not only pays well, but brings great enjoyment to her life. As of now, Anna is for the most part, undecided when it comes to life after high school, but most likely will follow in the footsteps of her older brothers and sisters and further her education through college. Life here on the rock goes by rather slowly for Anna, she fills her time with high school basketball and various things like hanging out with friends or family and participating in school sponsored clubs and groups. She has been class president and vice president for the graduating class of 2004. She has been an active member of Junior National Honor Society and National Honor Society as well as treasurer of the 2001-2002 Unalaska sector of the NHS. Anna is also a member of the DECA group and Art Club participating in numerous fundraising projects. Anna enjoys making art and is currently taking the Advanced Art Class offered here at UCS, but doesn't know if she wants to pursue art in a future career or education after her high school days. Anna has taken a junior high Beginning Art class in the past and has no other former art education background. Anna absolutely loves to share her art works with others and hopes one day to become famous through them.
