Ryan
The Junior HighDepartment selected Ryan as Student of the Week for the following reasons:

  • Ryan is a polite, conscientious, hardworking student who continually strives to do his best. He is continually at the top of his class in both math and social studies and works hard to understand given themes in class. Ryan is an independent thinker who comes to class ready to learn and to achieve at the highest possible level. Great job Ryan and keep up the good work. Mr. Wilson, JH Math and Social Studies
  • Ryan is a wonderful student to have in English class. He is always positive, willing to participate, and brings out the best in the students around him. He can lighten any situation with his sense of humor and kindness… or bring depth to a situation with his insightful thoughts. Ryan arrives prepared and ready to learn every day, without exception. Impressive! Ms. Wilson, Language Arts
  • Ryan Haskins asks questions. The questions have substance. He makes hypotheses. His hypotheses have logical premises. He tests his ideas, and offers well reasoned conclusions. This makes for the scientific endeavor -- keep asking questions, Ryan, and make the answers yours! Mr. Paden, Science
  • Ryan’s dedication and effort in wrestling practice reflect his successful attitude towards his academic pursuits as well. He always gives his best effort, is eager to learn and treats others with courtesy and respect. Coach Gregory
  • Ryan has been doing a great job in band. He is learning the tenor saxophone, and has a great sound. Ryan also participates in the Pep Band and is an ideal student in class. Ryan is focused, pays attention and you never have to repeat a direction to him! It is GREAT having him in our band! Congratulations Ryan! Mrs. Jeanne Duhan and Ms. Cedar Rozzi, Band
