Alexandria
The Principal's Pick for Student of the Week was Alexandria for the following reasons:

  • Alex has shown tremendous progress in Keyboarding. Her willingness to practice and to work hard on her technique has helped her succeed in this class. Her speed at the keyboard and her winning attitude will take her far. Way to Go, Alex! Ms. Teresa Gurley, Business Teacher
  • Alex has proven to be a wonderful addition to our junior high this school year. She is continually at the top of her class in history on projects, daily work and tests. Both her questions in class, as well as her responses to other’s questions, are complete and well thought out. It is obvious that Alex puts a significant amount of time into being successful. Well done Alex and keep up the good work. Mr. Jim Wilson, JH Social Studies
  • Alexandria Wilson has proven to be an outstanding member of Unalaska City School. She is among many of our top academic, achieving students this quarter. Her academic achievements have gained her notoriety in that she has been named to this quarter’s high honor roll. In addition to her academic achievements, she is active in band and shows great potential as a future Raider swim member. Alexandria has managed her transition into Unalaska City School admirably and is proving to be a responsible and well respected member of our 7th grade class. Congratulations and keep up the great work! Glenn Cole, Unalaska City School Principal
