Alicia
The High School Performance Department selected Alicia as Student of the Week for the following reasons:

  • Alicia is doing outstanding work in Personal Finance. Currently we are studying the need to be financially responsible with credit and Alicia's responses to material presented in class has shown her complete understanding of the topic. Alicia is well on her way to being a financially responsible person. Way to go Alicia. Ms. Gurley
  • Alicia is a very dedicated student. She always does her work, is very polite, friendly, and cooperative. She is quite an imaginative and creative writer. IF only all of the students could have her great attitude!! She is very diligent -- I think that she would make a great teacher although she has never stated that as her goal. Ms. Barclay
  • Alicia is showing great qualities in the woodshop. Her craftsmenship and attention to detail is showing she really cares about the quality of work she can do. Good job Alicia and keep up the good work. Mr. Haskins
  • Alicia works very hard in Biology II and shows a definite appreciation for living organisms and their environment. Alicia has good work habits in class and is a positive and respectful citizen in our school and community. Keep up ther good work Alicia!
    Mr. Gregory
  • In American Literature class, Alicia is an independent and hard-working student whose writing shows that she understands and can articulate the connections between literature and life. A job well done, Alicia! Ms. Rudio
