Allison
The Principal's Pick for Student of the Week is Allison for the following Reasons:

  • Allison is an outstanding student! Her positive and friendly attitude, mastery of class objectives, excellent attendance and preparedness for class arise from the high standards she has set for herself and serious commitment to her education. She always gives extra effort and time in Hatchery class and engages her instructors and classmates with thought provoking questions and discussions during Biology. Mr. Gregory, Science/Math Teacher
  • Allison is a model student. She is an outstanding musician that has a very strong understanding of reading music. Her instrument goes home most nights to practice, even though she plays one of the heaviest and most inconvenient to carry around. In class she is always respectful and on task. On top of being academically sound and dedicated to her school work, Allison also steps up to the plate to help with volunteer projects that are not always noticed, such as set up, clean up, filing music, or organizing materials. Most recently, Allison spent several hours volunteering her time to help set up and decorate the gym and auditorium for the Winter Concerts. Ms. Duhan, Band Teacher
  • Allison always does more work then it is required in my German class. She is a very motivated student who works well with others. She is very responsible and permanently strives for perfection. Mrs. Roraback, Foreign Language Teacher
  • Allison is a well-rounded student who excels in many areas. Her teachers appreciate Allison's commitment to her academic studies, and the contributions she makes both in class and to the school. Allison strives to reach the goals she has set for herself, and she will undoubtedly go far in life. -Mr. Conwell, Principal
