Asuka
The Principal's Pick for Student of the Week is Asuka.

  • Asuka has been a wonderful addition to our student body. With her outstanding work ethic, extraordinary perseverance, and determination to learn English, Asuka can look back on her high school career with a great deal of satisfaction. Asuka will excel in her future endeavors, and all of us will remember her for her bright smile and effervescent personality. - Mr. Conwell, Principal
  • Asuka entered the state competition with a clarinet solo, a woodwind duet, and a woodwind quartet. Her solo received a superior rating. She played a major role to get the Academic Achievement Award from the ASAA. She is respected by other band members for her quiet senior leadership. - Mr. Toba, Band Teacher

  • Asuka has grown this year in so many ways. She has found her voice when she writes. She is challenging herself to face the future with confidence no matter how intimidating.
