Asuka
Is the High School Performance Department's Student of the week for the following reasons:

  • Asuka was among the hardest workers in the HS Band and demonstrated a great attitude in rehearsals.
  • She recieved superior ratings in both her clarinet solo and clarinet
    duet with Anne Lacson in the Region II Solo/Ensemble contests, thus going to the All-State Solo/Ensemble Festival at UAA.
  • Asuka was selected as 2nd chair clarinet in the Region II Honor Band.
    The Clarinet section audition is always one of the most competitive.
