Scott's Philosophy of Education 
I
believe that it is my responsibility to provide with a positive and challenging
educational experience, which will enhance students learning to maximize
their potential in all areas of development. This can be accomplish by
meeting the educational, social, and physical needs of all students, as
well as incorporating several key strategies that will facilitate their
learning. These key strategies are having a student centered classroom,
giving students choices, and working and learning in cooperative groups.
I respect and recognize individual diversity, model positive character
traits, use developmentally appropriate practices, create a stimulating
hands-on learning environment, and grant opportunities for students to
learn through experience. My overall goal as an educator is to provide
experiences that will prepare students to be effective and productive
members of society, while instilling in them a life long love of learning.
