Jane Ruckman
Mrs. Jane Ruckman teaches second grade
at Eagle's View Elementary. She came to Dutch Harbor in 1993 after she
married her husband. But why a teacher? Why not something else? When asked
that question, she said she loves kids and because her mother was a teacher
and she looked upon her as an inspiration. Though she loves to teach,
it isn't the only thing she likes to do. Mrs. Ruckman enjoys hiking, spending
time with her kids and having Mexican mochas.
